Your Native Bird Experience

• Your stay will be rewarded with many close encounters with birds native only to New Zealand, each with their own charm and character
• In Spring and Summer, enjoy the courting Tuis and you may even see their chicks in the many nests around the property!
• Listen for the unmistakable flight of the well-fed Wood Pigeons
• Enjoy the fluttering of the Fan-tails and heavenly song of the Grey Warblers
• Early risers will be greeted by the beautiful dawn chorus, something to be heard to be believed!
• Take a peak at one of our Weta colonies to see one of New Zealand's unique species in the wild
